Private Yoga Classes

Private yoga classes are an excellent way to get individual attention as a beginner or seasoned practitioner. Instructions can be customized and the poses modified to address an individual’s specific needs and goals. Our instructors can work closely with practitioners to help them develop a home practice. We offer instruction in several styles of yoga as well as Meditation and Pranayama (breathing) classes (please click here for detailed description of classes). Whether you have specific health or physical concerns or would like a personal consultation regarding your yoga practice, we have something to offer you.
